Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Dundee is seeking Customer Service Executives, branded as Product Geniuses, to deliver an outstanding customer experience at our Renault/Dacia/Hyundai branch. You’ll develop product knowledge and communication skills to guide customers from enquiry through to sale and delivery, with strong support from branch management.

This role suits a proactive team player with ideas to improve the customer journey, with extensive training and clear career progression into car sales.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a confident communicator; a positive attitude drives results.

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Able to work on your own initiative and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles to help customers find the perfect fit.

We’re currently looking forCustomer Service Executives to create an outstanding customer experience in our Renault/Dacia/Hyundai branch in Dundee and help customers get excited about our products.

Hours

You’ll work a five-day week on a set rota that includes weekends (38 hours per week).

About the role

At Arnold Clark you’ll be known as a Product Genius, but your role revolves around the customer experience. Our Product Geniuses are our in-branch experts. They are devoted to learning about our products and developing their communication skills, both in person and digitally, so they can help our customers make the right choice when they buy a vehicle. And that expertise develops further into understanding all elements of the sales journey – from enquiry, to sale, to delivery, and beyond.As part of a cohesive team, Product Geniuses will have the full support of the management team in branch.

This will be a great fit for a customer service superstar who is full of bright ideas about how to create an exceptional experience. You’ll get plenty of training, but we are looking for candidates with a thirst for knowledge and an ability to learn. We’d expect you to be a great team player, who is looking for clear career progression into car sales.

Day-to-day duties
