Customer Service Coordinator - Hybrid


Location: East Croydon


Employment Type: Full Time - Permanent


Salary: £25,400


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM


Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)


Start Date: ASAP



You will work for our client, a tech-leading, award-winning company, as a Customer and Client Support Specialist.



About the Role:


  • Support clients with queries and requests via Zendesk.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the company regarding issues.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment addressing various topics.

About You:


  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, responding to queries in excellent written English across various cases.
  • Experience in a customer support role with a passion for problem-solving and exceeding expectations.
  • Team player capable of collaborating with different departments and systems to find solutions.
