Donnelly Group is recruiting a proactive Customer Service Coordinator for our Bangor team. You will coordinate service bookings, manage parts enquiries and orders, and act as a key link between customers and Workshop staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We are currently recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Bangor team.
This varied role combines both Service and Parts responsibilities, acting as a key link between our customers and Workshop team. You’ll coordinate service bookings, keep customers informed throughout their vehicle journey, manage parts enquiries and orders, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both areas.
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, online bookings and face-to-face.
Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and collections.
Liaise between customers and technicians regarding vehicle requirements, repair progress and timelines.
Advise on vehicle parts, providing information on pricing, availability and delivery times.
Manage parts orders, stock levels and returns, ensuring systems and records are kept up to date.
Work closely with the Workshop to ensure parts are available for scheduled work and communicate any delays.
Assist with warranty claims and administration, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed in line with manufacturer requirements.
Promote relevant products and services where appropriate.
Process sales and payments accurately and maintain strong customer relationships.
Previous experience in a customer-facing, administrative, warehouse, stores or similar environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
An interest in or understanding of vehicles and vehicle parts would be beneficial.
A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Previous automotive experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
