Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Knutsford Services (J18/19, M6) is hiring a Team Member at £12.83 per hour to deliver Greggs baked goods and great customer service. You’ll work a mix of early and later shifts, with a focus on speed, accuracy and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable demeanor.
• Willing to work varying shifts including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages as required.
• Maintain brand standards and a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Resolve customer questions and issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Replenish displays to ensure maximum product availability.
• Support store colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
• Help prepare store and kitchen for the next day’s trade.
