Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Cardiff is seeking a friendly Team Member to join the Greggs counter at Cardiff Services. You will welcome customers, take orders, bake and serve hot food and beverages, and help maintain brand standards with a customer-first approach.

This part-time role (21 hours per week) offers a rate of £12.83 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including a discretionary bonus and staff discounts. You’ll work varied shifts from early morning to evening to ensure a memorable customer

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
