Job summary

Lidl GB in Barnsley is hiring a Customer Assistant to keep shelves stocked, operate tills, and deliver excellent service. The role is a 35-hour contract with a pay rate of £13.45–£14.45 per hour, plus 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata) and a 10% in-store discount, plus a pension scheme.

There are opportunities to progress into Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery specialist roles. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, with training and development to thrive in a busy retail environment, while helping
