Chelmsford Star Co-op is hiring across its stores to join a friendly in-store team. You will help on checkouts, on the shop floor, keep areas clean, and support bakery and administration as needed, delivering great service to customers and members.

We value warmth and a pride in appearance, and offer flexible hours including evenings and weekends. No prior experience is required, and training will help you grow within our community-focused Society.

Qualifications

• Full training provided; no prior experience required.
• Friendly and warm personality with good communication.
• Desire to help customers and be active member of the community.

Responsibilities

• Cover shop tasks on checkouts and shop floor.
• Assist with house-keeping and date code checking.
• Support administration and in-store bakery when needed.
