Chelmsford Star Co-op is looking for friendly and motivated people to join its multi-skilled in-store teams. You will help customers and members, support daily store operations and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment across busy retail floors.

No previous experience is required, but a warm, professional attitude and willingness to learn will help you thrive. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available to fit different lifestyles.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and engage with customers.
• Flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle checkouts and assist on the shop floor.
• Maintain housekeeping and stock areas.
• Perform date code checks and temperature checks as required.
• Assist with administrative tasks and in-store bakery if needed.
