Job summary

SPAR Speanbridge is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our store team in Spean Bridge. You will help customers, unpack deliveries and keep shelves stocked, while actively promoting offers and serving at CJ’s counter.

Flexibility is important as we operate 7 days a week; the role includes mornings, evenings and weekends with training provided to ensure you deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Retail experience preferred but not essential; training provided
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy retail environment

Responsibilities

• Unpack deliveries and re-stock the shelves
• Actively sell and promote offers to customers

We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

About you...

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
