Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Belfast

Hourly Rate: £13

Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, Monday - Sunday, 2 shifts per week. Flexibility required due to varying rota.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents, including greeting guests, answering questions, and offering local information.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during night shifts.
  • Ensure respectful use of facilities by residents and guests.
  • Handle issues or emergencies onsite as the primary contact.
  • Conduct periodic building surveys and report findings.
  • Replenish refreshments and manage parcel storage for residents.
  • Manage waste areas following health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in customer service, with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
  • Technologically savvy, capable of supporting various systems and software.
  • Strong communication skills, with multilingual abilities a plus.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexible availability to ensure 24/7 resident support, including holidays and special occasions.
