We are opening a brand new, state of the art family entertainment centre at Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch, in July 2025. To build this remarkable Redditch team, we will be holding a Recruitment Event on 11th June 2025.

The Role

You will be preparing, cooking, and serving our delicious range of food for the whole family to feast upon, all while maintaining our 5-star hygiene standards and supporting the wider Tenpin team to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience.

You will be trained across all key areas of the centre, including serving behind the bar, managing reception, running our 4D Laser Arena, hosting Escape Room experiences, and managing Karaoke Rooms to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. This ensures you can support the team and deliver excellent customer service.

We're looking for a lively, friendly candidate who is passionate about being a team player.

Skills You Need

• Previous experience working in a busy fast-paced kitchen.
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills.
• Full flexibility in your working schedule, especially evenings and weekends.
• Approachable and helpful attitude.
