The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant in the Kitchen, you will be preparing, cooking, and serving our delicious range of food for the whole family to feast upon. All whilst keeping to our 5-star hygiene standards and supporting the wider Tenpin team to ensure the customers have an enjoyable experience.

You will eventually be trained across all key areas of the centre, including serving behind the bar and managing reception to book in customers. You’ll be hands-on in running our 4D Laser Arena, hosting immersive Escape Room experiences, and managing our Karaoke Rooms to keep the energy high and the fun flowing, this is to ensure that you are able to provide support to the team and deliver the best possible customer service.

We're on the lookout for a lively, friendly candidate who is passionate about being a team player.

Skills You Need

Previous experience working in a busy fast-paced kitchen.

• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
• Full flexibility in your working schedule, especially evenings and weekends.
• Be approachable and helpful
• Can multi-task, have exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
