Future Publishing in Cardiff is hiring a customer service advisor to act as the main point of contact between the business and customers. You will assist users as they complete online comparisons and provide clear information on products and services.
The role is hybrid, three days a week in the Cardiff office, with uncapped leave and additional benefits. Strong communication skills and experience in a contact centre are desirable.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact between our business and our customers. You’ll assist users as they complete their online comparisons and offer clarity on product information. Your daily tasks involve communicating effectively via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
You’ll use Word, Excel, and Google Suite to track inquiries and find solutions. You’ll work closely with the wider customer service team to ensure people get help when they need it most. You’ll also help customers take advantage of the special offers we have available.
The expected range for this role is £26,500
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our Cardiff Office.
