The Marina Centre offers a range of activities for residents and visitors, including a leisure pool with slides, splash zone, clip and climb, fitness suite, exercise studios, and sports hall. The centre also features a café overlooking the beach, serving as a community focal point.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers entering the centre, you must deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Experience in dealing with customers face-to-face or via telephone is preferred. Responsibilities include operating the till, processing memberships, preparing and selling food and drink, and ensuring excellent service for all customers. We provide full training and opportunities for career progression across our 100+ facilities nationwide, with many staff building successful careers because of the positive impact they make and the variety the role offers.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (Rota basis)

Requirements
  • Serve customers with exceptional customer service skills
  • Promote and sell the centre’s products and services
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Friendly, helpful, and polite demeanor
