As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade.

Person Specification:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and with a strong work ethic
• Good availability on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
• Ability to work until 10 pm on busy days
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Reliable transportation, due to the location of the site
