CJ Lang & Son Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for 12 hours per week at SPAR Central Avenue, Grangemouth. You’ll deliver welcoming, efficient service at the till and counter, handle stock and promotions, and help maintain store standards.

Training is provided; retail experience is helpful but not essential. We offer flexible hours and a 10% staff discount, with opportunities to grow in a long-established local family business.

Qualifications

• Great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
• Retail experience in grocery is a plus but not essential; training will be provided.

We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don't worry it's not essential as we'll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
