Job summary

OurCoop is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to help customers with a friendly, efficient service and a great in-store experience. The role may include evenings and weekends to cover busy periods and meet customers’ needs.

You'll be part of a diverse team focused on delivering excellent store experiences, including handling checkouts quickly and helping stock the shelves to showcase our wide range of products.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
