Job summary

OurCoop in Redditch is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our store team. You will greet customers, operate tills, process checkouts quickly, replenish stock and keep the store welcoming.

Shifts may include evenings and weekends to support our customers, with full training provided and opportunities for progression in a diverse, inclusive workplace. You’ll be part of a friendly team focused on delivering great shopping experiences.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
