Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help ensure a positive in-store experience. You will engage with customers, handle checkout processes, restock shelves, and keep the store welcoming and well-presented.

Shifts may include evenings and weekends to support our customers when they need us most. We value a customer-focused attitude, strong listening and communication skills, and resilience to support colleagues during busy times.

Job description

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant would include:
