Job summary

Chartwells Independent in the UK is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to join our busy team. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) contracted over 41.6 weeks per year, focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining Chartwells’ positive brand image. You will handle cash, assist with displays, and ensure health and safety compliance in a catering setting.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good timekeeping and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
