Job summary

OurCoop in Shrewsbury is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers with a friendly, efficient checkout and store experience. You will be part of a team that keeps shelves stocked and the store welcoming for customers during evenings and weekends if required.

We’re looking for individuals who listen well, communicate clearly, and stay positive under pressure. Full training is provided, and opportunities for development are available within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
