Co-op Wholesale is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support Helpdesk and Reception, logging and investigating partner and consumer queries by phone or email. The role includes building relationships with internal and external partners and achieving high call-triage rates.
Initially office-based for training, it transitions to a hybrid setup with home work 3 days a week, plus a bank holiday rota. A commitment to inclusive policy and development is emphasised in the recruitment process.
Please note: In this role, you'll spend the first 3 months in the office for training. After this, you'll be able to work from home 3 days per week. You'll work approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays and be on a bank holiday rota.
