Position Details:

• Number of Positions: 2


• Contract Type: Temporary


• Hourly Rate: £13 per hour, paid through Office Angels


• Working Pattern: Part Time


• Location: Newcastle City Centre (Excellent public transport access, no parking on site)


• Start Date: Week Commencing 19th May


• Training Day: 11am - 3pm

Required Dates:

• Saturday 24 May: 11am - 3pm


• Wednesday 28 May: 11am - 3pm


• Thursday 29 May: 11am - 3pm


• Friday 30 May: 11am - 3pm

What You'll Do:

• Engage with Customers: Connect with customers to drive annual memberships


• Exceptional Service: Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring they receive top-notch support


• Membership Benefits: Provide information on membership perks and our money-back offer on second visits

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
