Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers with a friendly, efficient experience in store. You will handle normal till duties, assist with checkout and stock replenishment, and keep the shop welcoming throughout your shift.

You’ll need strong customer focus, good listening and communication skills, and resilience to support colleagues during busy periods. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.
