Job summary

Certas Energy is hiring a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our petrol filling station and convenience store in Larbert. You will be the face of the site, delivering friendly customer service, handling till transactions, restocking shelves, and upholding health and safety standards.

About the Role

As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing transactions accurately at the till
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store standards
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the smooth operation of the forecourt and store
