Job summary

Aramark UK at Fort George is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to serve food and beverages, operate tills, and support dining operations in a busy military hospitality setting.

This full-time, 35-hour per week role includes some weekend work, on-site parking, and access to employee benefits. Eligible to work in the UK with security clearance requirements. Training is provided for those new to the role.

• Previous customer-facing, food service, or kitchen experience is desirable (training provided)

Hourly Rate: £12.71 (over 21s)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including some weekends)

What you'll do:

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Operate tills and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Support stock rotation and replenishment
• Always uphold health and safety standards
• Keeping the kitchen and back-of-house spotless
• Washing up and supporting the kitchen team
• Helping with deliveries and storage
• Managing waste disposal correctly.

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer-facing, food service, or kitchen experience is desirable (training provided)
• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Customer-focused and a strong communicator
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required)
• Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport
