Job summary

East of England Co-op is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our store in Dedham with high standards of customer service, availability, presentation, and community engagement. You’ll be part of a friendly, motivated team focused on delighting customers daily and contributing to the store’s growth.

We offer flexible shifts, comprehensive training and opportunities for progression within a values-driven coop. Applicants must be 18+ and enjoy working with people.

Job description

As a Customer Service Assistant (CSA) you will be responsible for supporting your store to deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with your local community.

You will be working as part of a diverse and motivated team of colleagues who strive to attract and delight new and existing customers every day, supporting the ongoing growth and evolution of our business.
