About The Role
We're looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Cirencester branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.
This role will suit someone who is at ease with people and able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include finding solutions for customers, staying updated with our services and policies, managing admin tasks, handling cash transactions carefully and accurately, taking calls, and other duties within our Customer Service area.
