At Aira, the role of the Customer Service Agent is to be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient communication and effective issue resolution. This role requires close collaboration with various teams and colleagues to guarantee a seamless and positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Agent

• Answer queries and concerns
