About the role
  • Support customers, colleagues, and passengers with queries related to technical issues, repairs, and breakdowns.
  • Listen to customer needs and provide the best solutions.
  • Resolve passenger and customer complaints with a "right first time" approach.
  • React to breakdowns, working with engineers and service managers to resolve issues.
  • Manage ordering of parts from suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
What you need
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience managing a high workload and resolving complaints.
  • Customer service experience, ideally from hospitality or retail sectors.
