Job summary

EE in Dundee is seeking energetic Sales Advisors to join our busy contact centre. You’ll take inbound calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through our range of tech products.

Maybe you've worked in retail, or hospitality before. You know how to deal with customers but you're looking for something more exciting - a job that's going to challenge you. And, of course, you want to earn a bit more cash.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Dundee contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
