Job summary

EE in Dundee is seeking Sales Advisors to join our lively contact centre. You will take incoming calls from EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and navigate our tech products.

You should be outgoing, energetic, and a great listener who can match customers to the right product. Start date is 02 November 2026 with a salary of £26,116 rising to £26,738 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission and great benefits.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Dundee contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
