Job summary

EE Warrington contact centre is seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Warrington. You’ll greet EE customers, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the best phone, broadband, and device deals.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

Youll join a lively sales team in our Warrington contact centre. Well train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. Youll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, youll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
