Job summary

St Leger Homes of Doncaster is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support Housing Services within the South West Area Team. This full-time position is Temporary until the end of March 2027, delivering estate and tenancy management support with a focus on strong customer care.

You will join a dedicated team of Advisors, liaising with tenants and colleagues to maintain high service standards. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential for maintaining records and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• The ability to deliver excellent customer care through effective interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone.
• Good organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet targets timescales and deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment.
• You will require a good understanding of the principles of Customer Care, be IT literate and have experience of updating computerised record systems, and of keeping detailed and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of a comprehensive Estate Management Service that includes all aspects of tenancy and estate management.
• Provide administrative support to include low-level estate and tenancy management.
• Work as part of a dedicated team of Customer Service Advisors, building positive relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive Estate Management Service that includes all aspects of tenancy and estate management. By working as part of a dedicated team of Customer Service Advisors, you will provide an excellent administrative support service to include, low-level estate and tenancy management.

The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and building positive relationships is a must for the role.

The postholder should possess the following skills:
