Job summary

St Leger Homes of Doncaster is seeking a qualified plumber to join the Property Services team. The successful candidate will be trained to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and will work across the City of Doncaster on a variety of plumbing and maintenance tasks in council dwellings.

For this role you must be able to multi-skill, follow written instructions, hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared for a flexible schedule to meet the service demands.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of plumbing work and associated maintenance on dwellings managed by St Leger Homes.

St Leger Homes are looking to recruit a qualified plumber who is trained to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a customer focused environment in carrying all types of plumbing work and associated maintenance works, on dwellings St Leger Homes manages.

All new employees within Property Services front line delivery are expected to be able to carry out multi-skilling. The successful applicants will be required to carry out additional trade work to a required standard which is in addition to the substantive trade in which you are qualified and it is not intended to mean that you are qualified in an additional trade.

By being available and able to carry out all of an agreed list of additional skills, will be one of the criteria for reaching the top of your grade.

A flexible approach to work, an ability to follow written instructions and procedures and to move and handle, tools, equipment and materials plus a full UK driving licence are essential.

• Mon – Thurs: 8.00 - 16.00
