EE Darlington is hiring a Customer Service Advisor on a part-time basis (20, 25 or 30 hours per week) in Darlington. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.35 rising to £13.66 after 9 months, with an uncapped monthly commission scheme and a strong focus on customer-first service.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide clear solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them to the best EE products and services.
• Present and explain options, upsell where appropriate, and help resolve questions or issues.
