Salary: £25,087.00, rising to £25,684.00 after 8 months, plus uncapped commission

Role Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, gaming, or tinkering with technology? If so, your transferable skills could make you successful in a Customer Service Technical role with EE.

Join our Broadband Technical Team in North Tyneside or Gosforth. You will be communicating over the phone with customers regarding various broadband tech-related queries, from simple router questions to more complex issues requiring ownership and support.

No specific experience is necessary. We value helpfulness, calmness, and relationship-building skills, and will provide training on the rest.

This role offers flexibility, including scheduling your own breaks, banking time, and occasional home working, to support your work-life balance.
