Customer Service Advisor 6 Months Fixed Term

We are currently seeking experienced Brand Advisors to join one of our luxury brand campaigns for a high-end automotive brand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver a luxury experience to customers.
  2. Develop an understanding of the vehicle range and services to embody the brand values and provide an exceptional service experience.
  3. Offer tailored, friendly, and professional service, prioritizing the customer at all times.
  4. Handle customer interactions promptly and professionally across various communication channels.
  5. Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver a World Class experience.
  6. Build strong relationships with the dealer network to ensure high-quality service.
  7. Provide value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  8. Maintain accurate customer data and identify service-related issues or trends.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in high-end, VIP customer service within retail, hospitality, travel/leisure, or luxury automotive sectors.
  • Experience in a Customer Contact Centre environment is advantageous.
  • Passion for delivering first-class customer service.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and another language.
  • Strong social skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Genuine interest in the campaign brand.
  • Positive, helpful, and proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office and IT skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Operational Hours:

    7-day shift operation between 07:00 and 18:15. Flexible work options, hybrid home/office working, employee benefits, discounts, and centrally located offices are available.
