Customer Service Advisor 6 Months Fixed Term

We are currently looking for experienced Brand Advisors to join one of our luxury brand campaigns for a high-end automotive brand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver a luxury experience to customers.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of vehicles and services to embody brand values and provide exceptional service.
  3. Provide tailored, friendly, and professional service, focusing on customer needs.
  4. Handle customer interactions promptly and knowledgeably across various communication channels.
  5. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and deliver a world-class experience.
  6. Build relationships with the dealer network to ensure high-quality service.
  7. Offer value-added services to enhance customer experience and brand reputation.
  8. Maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
  9. Identify and report service-related issues or trends.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in high-end, VIP customer service in retail, hospitality, travel/leisure, or luxury automotive sectors.
  • Experience in a Customer Contact Centre environment is advantageous.
  • Passion for delivering first-class customer service.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and another language.
  • Strong social skills, emotional intelligence, and good listening skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Interest in the campaign brand.
  • Positive, proactive, confident, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues when necessary.
Operational Details:

Hours: 7-day shift operation from 07:00 to 18:15.
