Job summary

Direct Line Group is seeking an Office Administrator to join our Auto Services team in a busy vehicle repair environment. You will be the first point of customer contact, coordinating with customers and internal teams to uphold high standards and meet repair needs.

The role is permanent within a 6-month contract framework with a 45-hour week, reporting to the Office Manager. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a customer-focused approach for this busy support function.

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.

• Provide Service Level Agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs.

45 hours a week, 6 month contract, potentially could go permanent

What you'll be doing

As a Office Administrator, we want you to bring your previous experience to the team. You'll need to demonstrate your experience dealing with our customers as you will be the first point of customer contact for the DLG Auto Services collaborating with our customers and the respective claims and internal functions to our own high standards.as well as working to meet our customer's needs. As you can imagine Health and Safety and working to industry standards is important to us. We always ensure our teams and customers safety at each stage of the repair process, ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety and following Audatex estimates, observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.
