Job Description

As a Customer Care Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the Will drafting team and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key roles and responsibilities of a Customer Care Assistant
  • Log all new clients and matters onto the in-house systems promptly and accurately.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to obtain the necessary documentation to complete their Wills.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the in-house system, including comprehensive notes from telephone conversations and filed correspondence.
  • Process cheque, credit, and debit card payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients courteously and professionally, adhering to data protection procedures. Take detailed messages when required and ensure they are promptly forwarded to the appropriate team member.
  • Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
  • Process changes of address and update clients' files accurately.
