Job description

Customer Service Advisor

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM to 5PM + 1 Saturday every 4 weeks

PAY RATE: £12.26 PER HOUR

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as being motivated, with a good work ethic and a positive attitude to develop new skills!

Day to Day Duties

  • Taking calls in the call centre from our customers & logging on our own customer-based database.
  • Sending jobs out to engineers
  • Answering calls & queries from customers.
  • Ordering parts for engineers
  • Chase SLA jobs & parts
  • Logging claims & customer complaints process.

Essential Skills

  • A good knowledge of excel & word.
  • Reliability
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Team player

Desirable Experience

  • Experience operating Counterbalance Trucks loading and unloading articulated vehicles

Training

  • Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
