Premium Credit Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our home-based team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences via inbound calls and emails, with comprehensive training on systems and processes.
The position operates 37.5 hours weekly, with a Monday–Friday rota between 8am and 6.15pm. A supportive environment emphasizes development, quality customer care, and working in a regulated, compliant setting.

At Premium Credit we’re looking to hire Customer Service Advisors who are able to provide outstanding customer experiences to our partners and customers through inbound calls and emails.
You’ll receive all the training you need on our systems, processes and industry as well as training to enhance the skills that you already have in communicating professionally, listening and understanding customer needs. You’ll be supported in your journey to success by your buddy and your team manager, as well as the teams around you.
Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.15pm, so you’ll have a shift rota between these times, working an average of 37.5 hours a week, leaving you free to enjoy your evenings and weekends.
