Shift Times: Flexible work patterns to cover the below working hours; 8am-8pm on weekdays, 8am-6pm on weekends
Pay Rate: 12.60PH
Location: Glasgow, G2 8JX
Job Purpose / Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience to help make NS&I the UK's most trusted savings provider. Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment that has the customer at the heart of everything we do.
