Full time Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

My client, a national business who specialise in various areas of Insurance, are looking for a switched on, enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Duties include:

  • Advise all new and existing customers on insurance policies and requirements
  • Dealing with insurance claims
  • Filing customer claims following the companies policies and procedures
  • Building strong working relationships with customers as well as colleagues in other departments
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services
  • Following PRA, FCA and internal procedures at all times

To be considered for this role, you must have / be:

  • Previous customer service experience within a retail or office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others
  • A quick learner with a can do attitude
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Competent using IT to include MS Office and CRM systems
  • Educated to degree or A Level grade (or equivalent)
