Customer Service Administrator –6405
Location: Bridgwater
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum (DOE)

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-paced operations team within a well-established manufacturing environment.

This position is perfect for someone with a background in customer service who enjoys variety, thrives in a team setting, and is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Process customer enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders

  • Respond promptly to emails and calls, providing updates and order acknowledgements

  • Coordinate with planning, production, purchasing, and technical departments to ensure smooth order progression

  • Maintain positive customer relationships and provide high-quality service

  • Support internal teams with scheduling and production planning tasks

  • Follow up on quotes and assist with general office duties

  • Provide cover and support for planning and purchasing functions when needed

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and procedures

Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Confident problem solver with a proactive attitude

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
