A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their fast-paced operations team. Customer Service Administrator –6405
Location: Bridgwater
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per annum (DOE)
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-paced operations team within a well-established manufacturing environment.
This position is perfect for someone with a background in customer service who enjoys variety, thrives in a team setting, and is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
Process customer enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders
Respond promptly to emails and calls, providing updates and order acknowledgements
Coordinate with planning, production, purchasing, and technical departments to ensure smooth order progression
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide high-quality service
Support internal teams with scheduling and production planning tasks
Follow up on quotes and assist with general office duties
Provide cover and support for planning and purchasing functions when needed
Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and procedures
Key Skills of a Customer Service Administrator:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Confident problem solver with a proactive attitude
