Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver best-in-class service, building relationships with customers and understanding their needs. You will communicate via telephone, email, and website inquiries, support scheduling across health-related services, manage quotations, and coordinate bookings from enquiry to post-hire feedback in a busy, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Industry knowledge of the field is advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service via phone, email and website inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand needs.
• Coordinate scheduling of work for face fit testing and healthcare surveillance.
• Prepare quotations and manage bookings from initial enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Carry out general administrative duties and attend customer visits as required.

CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Administrator you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business looking after our customers. Which means building relationships, getting to know what they do, how they do it, and most importantly, how we can help them do it better.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service while utilising your product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Day-to-day, you will communicate with customers via telephone, email, and by responding to website enquiries. You will also support the scheduling of work across face fit testing and healthcare surveillance, manage quotations, and coordinate bookings from initial enquiry through to post-hire feedback. Taking ownership of the full customer journey, you will build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. In addition, the role involves general administrative duties and attending customer visits as required.
