NFU Mutual is seeking a Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant to develop and deliver customer selections for marketing, research and service communications. You will build self-serve dashboards and provide actionable insights to enable data-driven decisions.
The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with Power BI or similar tools, and a track record of collaborating with marketing teams and stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations.
As a Customer Selections and Analytics Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering customer selections for marketing, research, and service communications. Using your advanced technical skills, you’ll ensure campaigns target the right customers at the right time, supporting business strategies and compliance requirements. You’ll build and maintain self-serve dashboards for campaign evaluation, providing clear, actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
You’ll harness your expertise in SQL and advanced statistical methods to develop accurate customer selections, ensuring compliance and optimal targeting to align with key business strategies. You will gain an in-depth understanding of various datasets to become the go-to SME for sourcing, analysing, and delivering customer data for selection activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every analysis and report. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you will understand their needs and objectives, offering expert guidance and solutions that deliver tangible business value through insightful presentations, dashboards, and selection designs. You’ll foster clear communication by explaining complex data insights in a way that’s easily understood by stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that every project is executed on time, to specification, and with measurable outcomes.
We’re seeking a dynamic and skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn complex data into actionable insights. You have hands-on and proven experience with SQL, and you’re comfortable using it to query, analyse, and manage large datasets. You have experience working with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI (though other tools are also valuable), to create insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards. You’ve successfully worked in a wider marketing team before and have a strong track record of delivering results through data analysis and strategic decision support. You’ve supported strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that contribute to business success and have proven experience managing a variety of stakeholders, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
