Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Customer Sales Assistant, you’ll be on the front line dealing with our customers who come into your branch; playing a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service and ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers at all times.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

• Delivering high standards of customer service by being helpful and friendly, building strong relationships with customers, often on a first-name basis.
• Handling requests, providing information on products, preparing quotes, and assisting customers with their purchases to improve sales performance.
• Ensuring the safe and correct movement of products around the branch.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures to maintain high safety standards.

What experience do you need?

This is a customer-facing role; the main requirement is the ability to provide excellent customer service. We can teach you the rest.
