As a Customer Sales Assistant in our branch, you will be working alongside a supportive team.

What will you be doing?

There is no typical day in Branch life at TF Solutions, but you can always expect excellent customer service and a team willing to help whenever needed. You will gain exposure across various areas within your branch, helping you identify your strengths and interests to develop your career.

Your responsibilities include:

• Helping deliver the highest standards of service by building strong relationships with customers—being helpful and friendly at all times, often on a first-name basis.
• Talking with customers over the counter and on the phone—taking orders, providing quotes, offering solutions, and recommending products.
• Receiving full training to use our point of sale systems.
• Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment to ensure safety standards are met.
• Using your product knowledge to assist with enquiries, provide information, prepare quotes, and help customers with their purchases.
